Service Description
Elopement Planning includes: -Venue Scouting and Selection, including Site Visits and Virtual Site Visits for the -Wedding Couples that do not live locally -Vendor Scouting and Selection, including being present on any Consultation or Planning Calls -Coordination with Venue and Vendors during the Planning Process -Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s -Creation of custom floorpan for venue -In-person, Day-of Services are at an additional cost based on availability -Up to (12) Months of Service *Available for Weddings of 25 Guests or less.
Cancellation Policy
RETAINER: An initial 50% retainer and a signed contract must be secured for services prior to any services being performed by Vendor. The retainer is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total cost. CONTRACTED SERVICES: Includes all services described in selected package. Any additional services or products requested by the client incurred by vendor will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added. For your convenience, payments to Vendor can be made through website or through direct payment. CONTRACT: A full contract will be sent to you within (24) hours of the receipt of the deposit to complete your booking.
